We are a certified DBE, MBE and SBE, with authority to do business across the northeastern USA, including the State of New York and New Jersey.
Over the years, our expertise has benefited clients in the area of Construction Management Services, General Contracting, Renovation and Restoration, Outdoor and Indoor Beautification, Interior Decoration and Landscaping. ‘Expertcleans’ is the company’s dba. that provides regular and post-construction cleaning for construction sites and other buildings.

Led by Dr. Kunle Marcus, our team of highly qualified and experienced professionals in the field of Architecture-Engineering-Construction (AEC) is recognized for excellent service delivery. The team comprises architects, engineers, project managers, construction special inspectors and seasoned estimators, with several decades of variegated experience each.
Kunle Marcus
PHD, PMP, CCM
Dr. Kunle Marcus is the Chief Executive Officer of Marcus International LLC and its dba – Expertcleans. He is an astute professional with global experience that traverses three continents. He has been a leader in the AEC sector, with international awards that include the “Our Common Future Fellowship” for sustainable development.
He holds a doctorate degree in Architecture and Urban Development from the highly prestigious and world’s first modern school of Architecture; the Bauhaus University, Weimar, Germany. He is also a holder of the prestigious Project Management Professional (PMP) certification issued by the Project Management Institute as the Gold-Standard in project management across the globe. Kunle also holds the Certified Construction Manager (CCM) qualification awarded by the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA). He is also certified as a Construction Special Inspector by the International Code Council (ICC) and the American Concrete Institute (ACI).
Kunle has a track record of producing world-class deliverables for multi-million-dollar construction projects across his decades-long career, which traverses both the public and private sectors. He brings this wealth of experience to Marcus International, enriching the quality of service delivery to clients.
Theophilus Adigun, PMP

Theophilus Adigun is a highly experienced construction and engineering professional with over two decades of experience working in various sectors of the industry. He is a seasoned construction project management professional, experienced construction special inspector, laboratory testing expert and all-round project resource.
A graduate of Bergen College, New Jersey, Theophilus holds the prestigious Project Management Professional (PMP) certification issued by the Project Management Institute. He is also certified as a Construction Special Inspector by the International Code Council (ICC) and the American Concrete Institute (ACI), amongst others. He is committed to excellent project delivery and has measurable success.
